Material Characteristics

Core materials: PP/PA/PBT, the products include various types of plastic extruded mesh such as diversion mesh, support mesh. Features high strength & elasticity, acid/alkali resistance, anti-aging, non-toxicity & eco-friendliness; some models are high-temperature/UV resistant.

Mesh type: Mainly diamond-shaped holes (high open area, low fluid resistance). Thickness from 0.3-0.6 mm, Customization can be made according to customer requirements.

Core Applications

Water Treatment: Filter material support layer, fabricates folded filter elements to enhance filtration efficiency;
Air Purification: Support skeleton for HEPA/activated carbon filters, prevents collapse & extends service life.

Widely applied in gas filtration, liquid filtration and composite fields, playing the roles of support, protection and flow guidance.
